• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or kinks during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, only link removal is offered as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts rather than genuine parts may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns/refunds will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
