[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

●In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage due to customer's incorrect use or dropping.
Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
