• Regarding band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Details＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be performed for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you ask the manufacturer for maintenance after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranty, repair service is not available; returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy, and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
