【Watch Warranty Information】

<Warranty Coverage>

  • We will repair or adjust functional malfunctions (natural defects) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.
● In the following cases, even within the warranty period, charges will apply:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by the customer's incorrect use or dropping.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so it will be a return and refund.
  • Faults or damage to precision, and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products without any warranty.
