<Warranty Details>

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so we will offer a return and refund.
  • Damage or malfunction of external components such as accuracy, case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
