• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for removing links only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), we process it to make it unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so we will offer a return and refund.
• Damage or malfunction of external components such as accuracy, case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
