• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Failures or damage to accuracy, case, band, crystal, crown, and other external parts are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
