Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop press marks or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

● In the following cases, a fee will be charged even during the warranty period:

Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Breakdowns or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
