• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or kinks during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal service. We cannot accept claims related to scratches resulting from adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts rather than genuine parts may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but these are outside our warranty coverage.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
