• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free band link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries to Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.
