[Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping.
Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
Malfunctions or damage to accuracy, case, band, crystal, crown, and other exterior parts are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
