• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
