• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be performed, returns and refunds will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products for which no warranty is provided.
