• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically show scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from adjustments. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping of the product by the customer.
• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and external parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty for breakdowns or damage.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
