• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally show scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer free link removal services only. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends external parts replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, these services are not covered by our warranty.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and external parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty for defects or damage.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
