• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned; therefore, we recommend that those who are particularly concerned refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not available.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
