• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free "link removal" service only. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps, etc.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge for functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
