<Warranty Details>

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

  • When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
