[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If a manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Failures or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
