• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free link removal service only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizing resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, repair service is not available, and a return/refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
