• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal services. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional malfunctions (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
