• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be charged.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
