• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size differences. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failure) that occur under normal usage conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available; a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
