• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches resulting from adjustment or discrepancies in size. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
