Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products whose changes over time are part of their appeal. They generally have scratches and stains from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If there is personal information (previous owner) written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

● In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:

Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
Breakdowns and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and damage or defects to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products without any warranty.
