• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches from adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend exterior part replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the product.
• Damage to consumables or consumable parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, glass, bracelet, or dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic activity.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
