• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizes due to adjustments. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the dial on the case, glass, or bracelet.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• The warranty does not cover accuracy or malfunctions/damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
