• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about such details, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair/adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
