• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free "link removal" service only. We cannot accept claims related to scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate requests for adding links or punching holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is present on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.

• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out for a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.
