• Antique and vintage items are meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed in the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend external parts replacement other than basic maintenance, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
