• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not explicitly mentioned. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, adding links or punching holes in leather straps cannot be accommodated.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
