• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or kinks during storage. This is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They will generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.
• If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When inquiring about a product, please provide the product number.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund instead.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping of the product by the customer.
• When consumables or expendable parts are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in external appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be performed, we will offer a return and refund.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
