Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

●In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be processed.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
