Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or kinks during storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free "link removal" service only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizing resulting from the adjustment. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
