Even new and unused items may have pressure marks or creases from storage, but this does not mean the product is defective.

[Returns and Buyback Policy for Chrome Hearts Products]
Official policy: Authorized retailers do not authenticate items. Used items (without invoices) and items presented by anyone other than the original purchaser are not eligible for repairs.
Individual variations and no returns: Due to the nature of these products, engravings and weights may vary between individual items depending on the year of manufacture. Standards used by independent buyback stores are their own and do not constitute proof of authenticity. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including another store deeming an item “outside its standards” or “ineligible for buyback.” Please purchase only if you understand and agree to these terms.
Resale buyback: If you decide to part with your item, we can buy it back at our store at the market price at that time. This buyback is not a return based on a defect in the item (such as suspected counterfeiting).
