【Watch warranty】

＜Warranty details＞

  • Functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal conditions of use will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical components (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, and other such components are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be provided.
  • For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts may be used instead of genuine parts when carrying out repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs are available for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery to and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, when you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts or make other changes beyond basic maintenance; these are not covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use, dropping, or similar incidents by the customer.
  • Cases in which consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance occurring during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or other disasters.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or disassembly cleaning (overhauls) performed by anyone other than our store.

●Warranty period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the one-month warranty, repairs cannot be provided, so returns and refunds will be offered.
  • Accuracy issues and malfunctions or damage to exterior components such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
