Thank you for shopping with TS Trading Co., Ltd. Since we specialize in high-value luxury items, pre-owned, and vintage goods, we have established the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

All items are strictly authenticated by our professional experts with over 60 years of experience. We DO NOT accept returns or refunds based on appraisal results from third-party resellers (pawn shops, second-hand stores, or private appraisal services).

In the unlikely event of an authenticity dispute, you must provide a formal repair estimate or service refusal document from the official brand manufacturer (direct boutique or official customer support) stating the item is not authentic. Only in such cases will a full refund be issued.

2. Returns Due to Store Error (Initial Defects)

We accept returns with all shipping fees covered by us ONLY in the following cases:

  • The item is significantly different from the description or you received the wrong item.
  • The item has a major mechanical failure or damage not mentioned in the description.
  • The item was damaged or lost during transit.

3. Product Disclaimers (Items Not Considered Defects)

The following are characteristic of our inventory and are NOT considered initial defects or reasons for a return at our expense:

  • [General Condition]: Pre-owned items may have minor wear, storage odors, or aging not fully visible in photos. Please treat photos as part of the description.
  • [Watch Accuracy]: Time accuracy is measured with a timegrapher in a flat position. These are reference values only. Accuracy varies in real-world usage and is not guaranteed.
  • [Water Resistance]: While basic daily resistance is checked, we cannot guarantee original manufacturer specs for vintage or used watches. Please treat them as non-water resistant.
  • [Apparel & Jewelry]: Measurements are taken manually while flat. Please allow for a 1-3 cm margin of error. Sizing follows the Japanese (JP) Standard.
  • [Jewelry Breakage]: Any snapped chains or lost stones that occur after the item has been worn are considered user-caused and are not eligible for return.

4. Returns for Customer Convenience

Returns for reasons such as "changed my mind" or "does not fit" are accepted ONLY if all the following conditions are met:

  • Notification: You must contact us at shop@ts-t.jp within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be in perfectly unused condition. If we determine there are any signs of use (e.g., creases on straps, removal of films, or perfume/tobacco scents), the return will be refused.
  • Final Judgment: The final decision on the item's condition rests solely with TS Trading Co., Ltd.

5. Cases Where Returns Are Refused

We will refuse a return in any of the following cases:

  • The notification or return deadline has passed.
  • The item shows any signs of use or wear.
  • The item's condition differs from when it was shipped (e.g., scratches, adjustments).
  • A different item is returned (Substitution fraud will be reported to the police immediately).
  • Any accessories (boxes, manuals, warranty cards) are missing.

6. International Shipping and Customs

  • Customs Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer's sole responsibility.
  • No Undervaluation: We do not mark items as "gifts" or declare a lower value on invoices.
  • Restricted Materials (CITES): Items made from exotic leathers (Crocodile, Python, etc.) cannot be shipped overseas. For watches, the strap will be removed before shipping.
  • Shipping Address: We ship via UPS or DHL. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

7. Costs for Refusal or Returns

If a return is accepted for customer convenience, or if a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or customs payment, the following costs will be deducted from your refund:

  • Original outbound shipping fees (including items with "free shipping").
  • Return shipping fees and insurance costs.
  • Japanese Import Duty/Tax (Return Duty): When an item is re-imported into Japan, the Japanese Customs Office may charge taxes. These actual costs will be deducted from your refund.

8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method or international bank transfer.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days or longer for the funds to post to your account. If you do not see the refund after our confirmation, please contact us at shop@ts-t.jp.

9. Inventory and Office Policy

Items are also sold on other global platforms and in our physical office. Orders may be cancelled if the item has sold out elsewhere. Handling for final inspection takes 2-5 business days before shipping.

Office Visits: Our registered address is an office only. We do not offer in-person sales or pickups.

10. For EU Customers

EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the item must be perfectly unused. Return shipping and any Japanese re-import taxes will be deducted from the refund as stated in Section 7.
