Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on our holidays (Wednesdays, Sundays, National Holidays), or during New Year's, Golden Week, and Obon holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Carrier Yamato Transport.

Shipping Rates Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and item size.

Delivery Time Usually 1-3 days after shipment, though delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or remote island locations.
3. International Shipping

Carriers We ship via reliable international courier services such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We select the optimal carrier based on the destination.

Shipping Rates Rates vary significantly by destination and weight. Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

【IMPORTANT】Customs, Duties, and Taxes The product prices and shipping fees displayed on our site DO NOT include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees that may be charged by your country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient). Please check with your local customs office for details on estimated costs.

Refusal to Pay Duties If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs duties, we will refund the amount minus the round-trip shipping costs and any other fees incurred, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Signature Requirement For security reasons, an adult signature is MANDATORY upon delivery. We cannot accept requests for drop-off delivery without a signature.

Delivery Time International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance processes. While it typically takes 7-21 days, please be aware that delays may occur.
4. Insurance & Damages

Shipping Insurance All items are shipped with shipping insurance.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please keep ALL packaging materials (box, bubble wrap, etc.) and contact both the shipping carrier and us (shop@ts-t.jp) immediately. Insurance claims may be denied if packaging materials are discarded.
5. Important Notes

Address Changes We generally cannot accept changes to the shipping address after the order has been confirmed.

P.O. Boxes We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes via international couriers. Please provide a physical address where a signature can be obtained.

Returned Shipments If a package is returned to us due to long-term absence or an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment. In the case of cancellation, a fee will be deducted from the refund.

【Shipping to Hotels (Within Japan Only)】 We accept shipping to hotels within Japan only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

The accommodation reservation must be confirmed.

The shipping address must clearly state the "Check-in Date" and "Guest Name (Full Name)".

There must be sufficient time before your departure (check-out) date, and payment must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to your desired delivery date.
【Disclaimer】 Our responsibility ends at the moment the package is delivered to the hotel front desk or concierge. We are NOT liable for any loss, damage, or delay in handing over the package within the hotel after the delivery is completed.
